Modern day America’s prison systems have been an embarrassment and a disgrace against the ideas of the founding fathers and what the red, white, and blue symbolizes. Everyday large groups of individuals are stripped of their natural rights, thrown into jail, deprived of their possessions, humiliated in public, and exposed to violence. It was once said you are innocent until proven guilty but the times along with the laws have changed, every individual is now guilty until proven innocent. Police officers abuse their law enforcement status for self-beneficent. Police officers capture the innocent non-violent law abider and throw them in a violent environment. Humiliated behind bars as a zoo animal only forces humans to lose respect towards law enforcement and forced to rebel and make them hardened individuals. The current structure of the American penal system is failing to uphold its original reason. Our prison system is no longer effective the government has fell to extreme lows because they cannot arrest robbers, murders, and rapists they begin to seek below the surface and arrest people for race, creed, religion, and other miscellaneous factors. Every American pay extreme amounts of money for the prison system to fail. They are expensive and produce an environment that is devastating to its residents. Even after most residents are released they return to damage the communities and our hard earn tax dollars are wasted towards this “effective” system. The government should have restitution programs that offer a prison resident a chance to restore his name and undertake a positive change of character. Nothing can destroy a man more than living without a purpose in life. Removing nonviolent offenders from prison and putting them into a restitution program would eliminate overcrowding and violence that tax-payers work so hard for. The atrocities behind bars are well known to everybody but for prisoners those atrocities become natural to living. Prison residents lose values during their imprisonment because they are surrounded in a violent, dangerous, and self-defeating environment. When they leave prison they are worse then they were before placed in jail. As Americans we are guilty until proven innocent prison was intended to lock and restrict humans their natural rights.

EYES ARE THE WINDOW TO THE SOUL
The eyes are the window to the soul. It is the eyes that see what the mind can comprehend. Men and women alike both use the eye contact test. As I mentioned in my previous blogs, men are very nervous to approach a woman due to many uncertainties. The eye contact test is simple, when a man likes a woman, he should lock his eyes with her eyes. Even if she’s not looking at you just stare at her, it may sound weird but it is human nature. Subconsciously, the woman will glance your way, just to see who is around her. Invariably, both of you will lock eyes and when you do just smile at her. Her reaction will determine your next move, if she smiles back just approach and start a casual conversation but if she pays no mind to you just move on and don’t let her reaction bring you down.
If you happen to start a casual conversation look into her eyes to see if she is attracted to you. If her pupils become wider it is an indication she is attracted to you and is becoming excited. The dilated pupils are good to look at because it is an unconscious sign of attraction. It is something you will notice and become familiar with experience because there are many problems with dilated pupils, there are many factors that can affect the results.

F*CK THE COPS
As Americans living in the post 9/11 era, we are stripped of our divine natural rights as citizens of the United States of America. We are now living in times of corruption and fear. With the low wages offered to police officers, there are very little honest, law-abiding, and respectable individuals upholding the law. Law enforcement is no longer a respectable staff but instead a gang, similar to the “bloods” and “crips”. They are a staff of low self-esteemed individuals that have constructed large amounts of repressed anger throughout their awkward adolescent years. The government even supplies these intellectual challenged individuals a firearm for “protection.” However, it is us, the unarmed civilians that are unprotected, have been restricted personal freedom, stripped of civil liberties, and are guilty until proven innocent. Instead of protecting the innocent and fighting crime, the police force is the present day laughing stock as they cannot catch murders and robbers but arrest people for marijuana, trespassing in their own house, and jaywalking just to make it look like they are actually needed. Everyday our individuality is attacked and confined to ensure “safety”. As a society, it is important to realize we are restricted to develop into our fullest potential and are subjects of corrupt political and social control. With restricted freedom and constant violation of human rights the development of our nation is paralyzed. Whether, it is politically, economically, socially, technologically, ethically, culturally, and morally. Growing up every teacher in elementary school told me the police are your friend but as I got older they are sly uniformed political criminals. For example, the brutality displayed by police forces towards innocent humans only fuels gang violence and police hate crimes. Police have stripped us of our natural human rights, we are no longer innocent until proven guilty, we are arrested, harassed, thrown in jail because we are presumed guilty and then have to prove our innocent to a corrupt political system. Accusers are no longer required to provide proof for their allegations. With the sad but well deserved decline in police salaries and with a great recruitment of gang members, every police force will soon be challenged.

LOOKING THRU HER EYES
All women are innately born with a very special skill. This is not to say they are in anyway superior or inferior but women can tell if a man is a decent nice guy or complete jerk. Some women can even tell if a relationship will be successful based on his hair type. To distinguish this, a man with a “cow lick”/”flip” would normally have a bad temper but a man with his hair down is usually calm and laid back. When men and women interact there are certain little things women look at that men don’t realize they are doing. Throughout my blogs, I will attempt to guide the average man into becoming the ultimate man. There are many perceptions, misconceptions, and mistakes that are formed and they will all be dissected. The first mistake that most men come across is trying hard to impress a woman. Most men try to impress women by them with numerous compliments. Although women do love compliments, a compliment should not be thrown around. Women tend to stop believing the man if he keeps complimenting her. Instead make her feel special by asking her questions about herself and make her the centerpiece. Most women are interested in getting to know the man, what he does in his free time, what he does for fun, and what he does for a living so she can get an overall impression of him. When you are with a woman don’t be stuck on yourself. Try to find out what type of woman she is; is she the type of woman that likes the simple man and can have friendly fun with or the type of women who like a secure, confident, and dominant guy. When guys go out with a girl they need to know how to have manners, be smart, and funny. A woman hates guys that curse, boring, and love to show off. The key is to be a little mysterious, the less you say the better.
While what I say is based on experience and there are no ultimate right or wrongs. Women are more insecure then they say they are. Some women don’t want a guy with too much baggage because it is a display of how insecure they really are. A lot of women would rather have a man that doesn’t have much to offer because if they break up it makes them more secure because they know they didn’t really lose much. However, if an Adonis type of a man breaks up with a woman, that woman will feel more hurt and heartbroken. The handsome, intelligent, and successful male will be more intimidating to the female. Usually women pick a guy they feel they can control. There is a misconception in this because women don’t want to tell them what to do or coordinate their life. They would just want the person they care for to realize the importance in their life. Another misconception is women are very bad expressing what they really mean; they know what they want to say but cannot ultimately show it.

The Art of War, by Sun Tzu is the most brilliant piece of work in its time. Written by an ancient Chinese warrior, Sun Tzu analyzes strategies, politics, tactics, motivation, and deceit. In the today’s era it is read as a guide for structuring businesses, sports teams, and political campaigns. Due to the extreme complication that the ancient vernacular provides, I have often read the novel numerous times to fully understand the underlining message. For the sake of my topic, I have applied the basic principles of the Art of War to women.
It is very important to hide your weaknesses and to play your strengths. Know every possible detail of the woman but be unknowable to her. Always be unpredictable and subtle. Never do the expected. Make moves that are simple and efficient. Unresponsiveness is your highest source. Construct vulnerability in woman but stay aware and persistent. Love every woman, some more than others. When listening to advice ignore those that are unsuccessful. If in a group of woman the single male will not win. The man must divide them and only have two women left, the strong one and the weak one. Stick to your disciplined rules. Do not do or say anything stupid, it will weaken you. Divert attention away from her friends, be what she wants but cannot have, and always try to leave them thinking of you by giving them good reasons to think of you. Morally, it is better to have one woman but for those that are morally challenged do not have more than two women at one time. CLUB SCENE
After hitting the books the whole school week, it is now Friday night and most of us college students go out, relax, and have fun, right? The club scene is not meant for everyone. It is for those willing to let it all hang out and have fun. “Clubbing” is a term that is often thrown around but very rarely done correct. My personal favorites are Icon, DNA, Abyss, Mirage, Euro Lounge, Pacha, Webster Hall, and Avalon. Any time one goes to a club, it is a must to dress up nice, the main objective is to look better than everyone else, to show you’re confident, somebody important, and so you stand out. Like most of my fellow club goers like to show up “fashionably late” I think it is best if you show up early because then you can see who comes in and with who they came in with so you get an idea. By observing how people interact you will get a sense of who is here for a free drink and who is here for a good time. When you’re in the club its key to laugh and talk with your friends. Make it look like you’re having more fun than you’re really having. Confidence will start to exude from you and girls/guys will start noticing that there is a positive vibe from you. The mental mindset when one enters a club has to have a clear head and not a set agenda. Most guys in general will go to clubs to pick up “chicks”, they think if they dance they will look stupid and no one will be attracted to them. Ironically, that is the exact opposite because girls want the outgoing and spontaneous guy when they go clubbing. If you’re there just to hold up the wall what is the point of going?
Once you have established you are here to have a good time make your way around the club and find a person (male or female) that has caught your eye. Never approach a person dancing on the stage in a club because those are the “attention needing” people. When you’re dancing and have a smile on your face make sure to be aware of your surroundings and which people are noticing you. When you have caught eyes with the person that has caught your attention, smile and wave at them. If they respond in the same manner, immediately approach them say “hi” in a friendly manner and dance with them. Never be afraid to assert yourself, simply if the person is receptive they will tell you about themselves. The key is to have a good time and the rest will follow. In the meantime, just keep laughing with your friends and keep clap your hands to the music.

GOOD GUYS DO FINISH LAST
For as long as I remember I was always known as “the nice guy.” I would be the guy that girls would talk to about their problems, boyfriends, looks, and school work. I was always the “big brother” that doesn’t want to see his “little sisters” hurt. I would never be considered for a date because when it came down to it the girls always liked the “jerk type” with the “bad boy” attitude. For some much unknown reason in the universe women are attracted to the “jerk type” that would ultimately end up damaging their emotional state of being. There is a drastic difference between a “jerk” and a “nice guy.” “Nice guys” would give women the world and everything in it, while a “jerk type” would lie, cheat, and use women to his own benefit. Being a “jerk type” works, but one raises the question, how can you continue being a jerk to the person you genuinely love and care for. Being very nasty, disinterested, and having a very sarcastic attitude towards women is for a very odd reason appealing to the female dynamic. However, I am not telling every “nice guy” to become a “jerk type” because it is demoralizing but the change has to come in attitude. The “nice guy” has to become self-assured and have confidence within himself. Although the “nice guy” is intelligent, respectful, funny, and knows what he wants in life, women like men, want someone that makes them feel special, excites them, and makes them laugh every day.
LISTEN TO HER HEART
Every girl would like to love or be loved. Love is much deeper than a physical relationship. The meaning of love transcends through the words of the heart. For every guy it is very difficult to approach a beautiful girl and win her heart. Most guys think love is just a physical relationship but for a girl it is a foundation in which they hope to find a true gentleman. The first step for a guy to win a girls heart begins with a good impression. The key is to make a good impression so she notices you. You don’t have to say much, just have a clean polished look. If you dress sloppy it’s usually a sign for arrogance and carelessness. If you really want to win a girls heart is to be a man of good habits. A gentleman should watch his language because impolite and filthy language is a sign of immaturity and a lower class stature. The girl will eventually notice you and you just have to let her gradually fall in love. The most important part of love is being romantic. The objective of the man should be to approach her in a romantic manner and create a special bond and not a physical relationship. So if you happen to catch her looking at you just come up to her and introduce yourself in a respectful polite manner.
Understanding and taking care of the girl’s heart you want to win is very important. Every girl wants to be understood, she wants to be adored, loves to be loved, and wants to be wanted. Once you establish a friendship it will allow you to be closer to the girl will help you understand her hobbies, interests, and her own personal style. Love is built upon friendships, being a good friend that she can turn to is what a girl ultimately wants. Don’t be afraid to be helpful and a positive light in her life try to bring the best qualities out of her. Make her feel special, listen to her every word, because these are the words of her heart. It is also a nice gesture for every gentleman to compliment a lady because every lady appreciates a compliment.
Tell her how you always think of her even when you try not to think about her. Try not to come off obsessive or crazy but just let her know in a smooth way that she is the only thing on your mind throughout the day. It is important for the guys to remember that if he doesn’t authentically mean these words, do not throw them out there. You exhibit yourself as a disrespectful liar and a jerk. In your everyday conversations try to make her laugh some girls admire a guy with a comfortable humoristic side. Be creative and try to keep her interest.
